A 48HFV in a sensitive application, building 2 km of trenches next to a rail road in Toronto Canada

The job consists in driving 2432 piles ( Ø : 914 mm; thickness: 12.5 mm length: up to 24 m) corresponding to 2 km of trenches.  

The High Frequency : 2300 rpm combined with the Variable moment allows the driving of casings at only 5 metres of the railroad.

At the 2009 Intermat fair PTC exhibited the world largest Vibrodriver: The Redbull 265HD  and three  product innovations: 8PHFV Excavator Mounted, the 45 HV (standard Frequency and variable eccentric moment) and the New ECOMODE system to reduce fuel consumption!

Agents from all around the world came to this year's agent meeting. It was a great opportunity to speak about 2009 innovations and to take a factory tour.  Agents visited the new test facilities, and attended to the testings of the 130HD.  In the evening,  a dinner cocktail  animated by jazz live music was a great moment to strengthen our partnership.
